We are currently recruiting for a Claims Submission Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in dental billing and revenue cycle management to play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely insurance claims processing.
As part of our team, you’ll work from our Belgravia office and be responsible for submitting clean claims, resolving any billing discrepancies, and supporting a smooth and compliant reimbursement process. In return, we offer a competitive salary plus a transport allowance to support your daily commute.
Key Responsibilities
- Review dental claims for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
- Submit clean claims by the next business day.
- Follow up on rejected claims and ensure successful resubmission.
- Liaise with dental office staff to resolve any billing concerns.
- Attach missing fee schedules and coverage tables when required.
- Manage accurate documentation related to billing and collections.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to management promptly.
- Stay updated on dental billing standards and compliance changes.
- Support and collaborate with the broader revenue cycle team.

Required Profile
