Build Your Career in US Dental Revenue Cycle Management
Kubatana Online is expanding its US dental revenue cycle management team and is recruiting an experienced Dental Ledger & Payment Posting Specialist to support.
The role will focus on ensuring that insurance and patient payments are posted accurately, ledger balances are reconciled and discrepancies are resolved efficiently.
What You Will Do
You will review EOBs and ERAs, post insurance and patient payments, apply approved adjustments, reconcile transactions and investigate ledger discrepancies.
You will also identify unpaid or underpaid claims requiring further follow-up and provide clear account notes to the wider revenue cycle team.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience posting payments within a US dental environment.
- A strong understanding of dental patient ledgers.
- Experience reviewing EOBs and ERAs.
- Excellent numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using Dentrix or another US dental practice management system.
- The ability to work consistently during US Eastern Time hours.
Experience with InsideDesk, Vyne Trellis, DentalXChange, Open Dental or Microsoft Excel will be advantageous.

The role supports a US client remotely from our Harare office. It is not a work-from-home position.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 US Eastern Time
