Join Our US Dental Revenue Cycle Management Team
Kubatana Online is expanding its revenue cycle management team in Harare and is recruiting an experienced Insurance A/R Ager & Payment Posting Specialist to support, one of our US dental healthcare clients.
You will work as part of an established RCM team responsible for improving insurance collections, reducing aged accounts receivable and maintaining accurate dental account records.
What You Will Do
You will manage outstanding dental insurance claims, follow up directly with insurance companies, investigate denials and underpayments, correct and resubmit claims, prepare appeals and post insurance payments and adjustments.
You will be expected to maintain clear account notes, identify the next required action and work collaboratively with colleagues in Zimbabwe and the United States.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
- Hands-on US dental insurance ageing experience.
- Dental payment-posting experience.
- A strong understanding of dental claims, EOBs, denials and appeals.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Dentrix or another US dental practice management system.
- The ability to work consistently during US Eastern Time hours.
Experience with InsideDesk, Vyne Trellis, DentalXChange, Open Dental or Microsoft Excel will be advantageous.

The role supports a US client remotely from our Harare office. It is not a work-from-home position.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 US Eastern Time
