Voyage Circle is a new travel and experiences brand focused on creating unforgettable journeys and curated experiences for modern travellers.

The business is developing a portfolio of city breaks, adventure experiences, sporting trips, cultural escapes and premium group travel experiences. As the business prepares for launch, Voyage Circle is looking for a proactive and organised Travel Consultant to support the development of its travel offering, supplier network and destination portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new travel brand at an early stage and play an important role in shaping its products, supplier relationships and customer experience.

The Role

We are looking for a Travel Consultant who is passionate about travel, highly organised and confident carrying out detailed research.

During the first three months, the role will be focused on working closely with the business owner to research travel suppliers, destinations, hotels, flights, transfers, excursions, activities and travel packages. The successful candidate will help build the foundations of Voyage Circle’s offering by creating supplier databases, destination guides, package ideas and sample itineraries.

As the business develops, the role is expected to become more client-facing, with the Travel Consultant supporting prospective clients by advising on tailored trips, destinations, experiences and travel packages offered by Voyage Circle.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Research & Product Development

  • Research city breaks, cultural escapes, sporting trips, adventure experiences and premium group travel opportunities.
  • Source hotels, flights, transfers, excursions, tours and activities.
  • Build sample itineraries and destination guides.
  • Research seasonal travel opportunities, events, experiences and trending destinations.
  • Compare destinations, suppliers and package options in a clear and structured format.
  • Help develop Voyage Circle’s first range of travel experiences and packages.

Supplier Research & Partnerships

  • Research preferred travel suppliers, hotel groups, tour operators, destination specialists and experience providers.
  • Register for and maintain supplier portal access.
  • Manage supplier contact details, credentials, documentation and product information.
  • Build and maintain a structured supplier database.
  • Attend supplier webinars, online training sessions and product briefings where required.
  • Gather trade rates, promotional offers, package details and supplier terms.
  • Support the development of relationships with travel suppliers and destination partners.

Client Travel Support

  • Support the business in preparing tailored travel options for prospective clients.
  • Assist with destination recommendations, package comparisons and itinerary planning.
  • Help prepare travel proposals and experience summaries.
  • Provide professional support as Voyage Circle begins consulting clients on tailored trips and travel experiences.
  • Maintain a strong focus on service quality, accuracy and customer experience.

Content & Marketing Support

  • Gather destination content, imagery, supplier descriptions and travel inspiration.
  • Research travel trends and campaign ideas.
  • Support preparation of marketing content for travel packages and experiences.
  • Help organise information for website content, brochures, social media and campaigns.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM records, supplier databases and destination files.
  • Prepare progress reports and research summaries.
  • Coordinate supplier meetings, calendars and follow-ups.
  • Organise documents, training materials, rate sheets and supplier information.
  • Ensure all research and supplier information is accurate, accessible and regularly updated.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in travel, tourism or hospitality is essential.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong online research skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive and online systems.
  • Comfortable communicating with international suppliers by email, phone and video call.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.
  • Professional, proactive and commercially aware.
  • Strong administrative and database management skills.
  • Genuine interest in travel, tourism, hospitality and customer experiences.

Desirable Experience

  • Travel agency or tour operator experience.
  • Tourism, travel or hospitality qualification.
  • Experience using travel booking systems, supplier portals or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of European destinations.
  • Experience creating itineraries, destination guides or travel proposals.
  • Sales, customer service or administration experience.
  • Experience dealing with customers or suppliers internationally.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate should have:

  • Researched and mapped relevant travel suppliers.
  • Secured access to key supplier portals.
  • Built a structured supplier and destination database.
  • Created destination research files and sample itineraries.
  • Gathered hotel, flight, transfer, excursion and package options.
  • Attended relevant supplier webinars or training sessions.
  • Helped develop Voyage Circle’s first travel experiences.
  • Supported preparation for marketing and launch activity.
