We are looking for a confident, proactive and commercially-minded Virtual Assistant who can help generate new business opportunities and support the growth of a personal brand.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calling and outbound prospecting

• Lead generation and database building

• Appointment setting and meeting scheduling

• CRM management and pipeline tracking

• Email and LinkedIn outreach

• Researching businesses, schools, public sector organisations and speaking opportunities

• Managing follow-ups and nurturing prospects

• General administrative support


✅ Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting or business development

• Excellent spoken and written English

• CRM experience (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive or similar)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Professional and confident telephone manner
